Big Box Retail

For a Big Box Retailer, we operate multiple cross-docks moving on average 25,000,000 pounds of general merchandise per week through 300 doors. An average week sees over 1,300 inbound loads consolidated down to approximately 1,000 outbound loads. We distribute to 60+ of the retailers regional DC’s.

Automotive Manufacturing

For an Automotive Manufacturer, we operate the largest cross-docking facility in the United States, serving 28 manufacturing plants in the U.S. and an additional 10 plants in Europe. The 176,000 sq. ft. / 371 dock door facility services over 1,350 suppliers. Every day, it efficiently handles 7,000,000 pounds of material, consisting of 400 inbound loads and 310 outbound loads.
